Sexy wifey. Crazy mama. Jesus-lover. My most important titles.

Oh, and …Natural Redhead… 🙂

These days I am into creating… like crocheting, knitting, photographing, sewing, felting, embroidery, writing, drawing, quilting… (some I do, some I merely wish to learn).

I find myself also captivated by health and nutrition – a topic that inspires me to great passion! I love to cook, and right now our family is on a journey to wellness through the GAPS Diet.

Neat freak trapped in a messy home. That’s a fairly important point… especially if you’ve been over for tea anytime in the last while.

In 2010, I moved from a city of 4 million to a town of a couple thousand. Yes, it’s a big adjustment. Yes, I’m liking it. Any other questions?

A few other words to describe me :: emotional. philosophical. unashamed lover of glorious food. logical. usually optimistic. tea-drinking. patience seeking. pregnancy lovin’. reader. traveler. missionary. learner. lover. friend.

  1. I just came across your blog via Nourished Kitchen. I like your writing style! It sounds like we have alot in common actually. I write a health and wellness blog, http://www.GalantysGamePlan.com, that is growing quickly. I have many things in the works in the upcoming months to drive traffic to the site. I am looking for a few guest bloggers and I was wondering if you would be interested in contributing content to the site in exchange for a link back to your own and hopefully some additional traffic and exposure. Let me know what you think.

Hi Carol – I’d love to hear some more details on what exactly you’re looking for with contributing content. I’d potentially be interested. You can get in touch with me at redandhoney (at) gmail (.) com (minus the spaces and brackets).

I am considering GAPS for our family as well. I have ADHD and my 5 year old son probably has it. We “went organic” in July of last year and we both are light years better, but I feel God is leading me in this direction. Believe me, if it were up to me, I would be driving thru Mickey D’s everyday!! I am anxious to see the improvements in your family’s health.
